Femme FTM, This is probably going to sound ignorant, but I really have no idea how to go about getting top surgery. I do not plan on getting hormones, at least not until after surgery, so I do not go to a therapist. Do I need to go to therapy in order to get top surgery? Or do I just call a doctor that can perform the surgery and talk to them about it?
